Terms & Conditions – Waggin Waste Removal

By booking or using services from Waggin Waste Removal (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Waggin Waste Removal provides pet waste cleanup and related yard services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time basis. Service availability may vary based on weather, location, and scheduling capacity.

Access to Property

Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the service area, including:

  • Unlocked gates

  • Secured pets

  • Clear walkways free of hazards

If we cannot safely access the property, the visit may be skipped and a service fee may still apply.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • Recurring services continue until canceled by the customer.

Payments

  • Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

  • Returned or failed payments may incur additional fees.

Weather & Delays

Severe weather, unsafe conditions, or emergencies may cause delays or rescheduling. We will communicate changes as soon as possible.

Yard Conditions

Customers are responsible for notifying us of:

  • Aggressive animals

  • Dangerous items or debris

  • Construction zones or unsafe terrain

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

Liability

While we take care to perform services professionally, Waggin Waste Removal is not liable for pre-existing property damage, hidden hazards, or issues outside our control.
We are not responsible for damage caused by unsecured pets or unsafe property conditions.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

 

Privacy

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
